Approaches to Plant-Based

We’ll explore the language around dietary choices and approaches diet, especially around plant-based and veganism. One approach may work for one person, but not another. Slow and steady? Cold turkey? Reducetarian? VB6? Coaching to help you to find the right approach for you, recipes, inspiration and a plan to work toward your goals.
