We'll discuss various plant-based proteins, how to use them and cook with them in this fun hands-on class. You'll learn about the power of the plant-based plate- delicious and nutritious- good for you and good for the planet!

We’ll explore the language around dietary choices and approaches diet, especially around plant-based and veganism. One approach may work for one person, but not another. Slow and steady? Cold turkey? Reducetarian? VB6? Coaching to help find the right approach for you, recipes, inspiration and a plan to work toward your goals.
