Over the last 5 years, more and more Americans are interested in eating less meat. Many people want to reduce their meat consumption but don't know how and are especially concerned about how they will meet their protein needs. We'll discuss various plant-based proteins, how to use them and cook with them in this fun hands-on class. You'll learn about the power of the plant-based plate- delicious and nutritious- good for you and good for the planet!
