As climate change increasingly becomes part of our daily reality, environmental experts emphasize the urgent need to look to our plate as a solution. Studies show that even small changes in diet can be consequential, in fact, a diet that's good for our health is also good for the environment. Learn how eating more plants and fewer animal products can make you and your family a powerful player in the climate movement.

We’ll define terms like “plant-based,” “vegan,” “vegetarian” and “flexitarian”- all of which include dietary swaps that can significantly reduce your carbon footprint, trim grocery costs, and enhance your well-being.  Learn practical tips for incorporating climate-friendly food into your everyday life, sample delicious plant-based cuisine and take home proven recipes to experiment with in your kitchen.

Please note: Gluten, soy and tree nuts are ingredients in these classes. If you have any restrictions, please reach out to see if accommodations can be made.
