Below is an easy recipe for you to try nutritional yeast in your own kitchen:

  • 1 cup nutritional yeast

  • ⅓ cup olive oil (or water for oil free version)

  • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ cup soy sauce or tamari (or coconut aminos)

  • 2-4 cloves garlic, minced (depending on your love of garlic)

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Whisk together all ingredients OR combine ingredients except olive oil into a blender. Blend until smooth. Slowly add olive oil, blending on a low setting.
